Also ISP restrictions resulting blocked voip serivce like skype, net2phone....internet contents date...matchmaking....Too much tax on alcohol cost $8-$12 a beer at nightclub plus extra entry charge. Think if you drink 7 or 8 bottles...hum :confused:

I don't think Dubai is a True democracy as they say. May be for rich catorgary only. Because of opportunity to make money, lot of people from neighboring countries choose to relocate here.
 
I have lived in chicago and it is not all that great, the best I can say is "affordable" relative to its size, but the winters... Nigga pleaze!
Now NYC is the worst, actually the weather sucks eggs in the top lists, including the desert err LV or Dubai? WTF... :eek:

P.S. all these lists are bullshit anyway, if I have money and the desire with technology you can live on the moon and trade.....
 
european cities way down in the list besides quasi- american city of london :). mine barely make it there. i think the article is way biased towards the land of uncle sam.

however chicago deserves the top standing.
 
I actually think Chicago weather is awesome. The winter isn't that bad, and to me, it's a happy tradeoff for the incredibly mild summers.
