It may be a nice concept to track the entire market and always be on top of every piece of news , but it will eventually make your head explode .

Better to focus.

Talking about watching: I was looking at Terra, and waiting for the gap to close as I thought it would go to 156. It came within 0.40 from closing. I hesitated, and it went up without me.

In this case, focus was not a good thing!
