Too little contract listings for emini-Dow and emini-S&P options

I found that there are not enough quarterly contract listing for both products. Currently, there are two serials and two quarterly contracts listed for trading. I expect the quarterly cycle should be same as Futures quarterly cycle. Does anyone has the same view?

I have tried to express my view to CBOT and CME through email but unfortunately no response until now. Any idea to help to make it a change?
