A definite spin my wheels day.... didn't force things, and nothing came.

I did give myself a chance with some "sort of ok" entries, but nothing was cooking today.

Try again tomorrow.

I have definitely slowed down the pace a bit, and am trying to give my trades a chance.

But not too much of a chance. :)

Another so so day. Got stopped out of one decent trade, and misjudged on a couple of others.

But, I am getting some encouragement to get a plan and stick to it, and not be jumpy. And I believe I am doing that, following the plan, that is.

Now, I just need to get better plans. :)

Was almost a coin toss as to whether to go long or fade the breakout. Price action in the futures made me finally decide long.. so, that is what I did.

Monday........ all day.

Didn't do much. Went short early, had a slightly better than 1:1 profit. Chose not to take it. Never got as good a chance again. Everytime I said.. "ok I'll take .xx if I see it again... well, I never saw .xx again. :( Finally stopped out even.

Went long later. This time I said if I saw a decent 1:1, I'll take it. Saw what I wanted for a brief moment. And fouled up my order entry. Price went back to my buy point and I stopped out even.

Gotta think about this stopping out even. Both cases I could have gotten something ok if I stayed with it. But.... sure as heck, the first time I give it a little more room..... well... you know what will happen. It will take a little more room, stop me out, then go my way.

No charts tonight, trying to install DSL.

Only made 1 QQQ trade late in the day.

Missed a couple of decent opportunities early... just hesitated too much.

Spent most of my time getting my DSL up and running. Seems to be working fine.
