Tony Stark has covid again

Your question has no relevance to the discussion.

That’s because you don’t understand the question is actually going before the Supreme Court. Everybody understands the basics but what you are missing is that the states have been putting candidates to the vote, not electors. And this is the question before the Supreme Court.

No relevance to this discussion. State legislatures have plenary power to determine what electors cast votes for their state in The Electoral College.

  • Clause 2 Electors
  • Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.

Not if they outsource their power to a vote of the people of the state through direct election of the president and Vice President, which is what they have been doing since 1896 or there abouts. The states would need to change the ballots back to voting for electors, not candidates. It’s ok.

I get you think that the state legislatures can just throw out election results but not as the elections are currently held. We would need to go back to the original way of voting for electors to do that. Which would be legal, btw.

State Legislatures have plenary power to determine what electors cast votes for their state in The Electoral College. This would especially be true if fraud was uncovered which is exactly why the 2020 election was frustrating to most proper thinking folks. The fraud was obvious, yet legislatures, including Republican ones, looked the other way along with the courts.

--And in the case of Pennsylvania, their Supreme Court changed laws prior to the election and they had no right to do that. Their legislature allowed it to happen. State legislatures really dropped the ball in 2020 and will likely do so in the future.

And this is why the Dems who whine that TSCOTUS ripped off Al Gore in the 2000 election are so far off the mark. They fail to understand that the Florida State Legislature was in the process of authorizing the Bush Electors to cast their votes for Bush. Al Gore would not have won no matter how many more recounts he demanded.
You and Scat need to take this off topic discussion to your parents basement or garage. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

What your missing is the state legislatures have developed methods of choosing electors by direct vote of the people for candidates in their states. They can’t just pretend they didn’t make these laws and can overturn the will of the people.

Like I said, there is no way you have more than a high school education arguing this.

If vaccine caused harm, it would be super obvious now with nearly 300 million doses and here you are pointing to instagram stories and relying on unconfirmed reports to make your case.

You wouldn't need those crutches if vaccine was really harmful, dead bodies and stories would be everywhere.

You got it wrong and you can't admit it like your Trump profile picture, a guy who got boosted and blames unvaccinated for covid deaths. LMAO
I just need VAERS and Eudra Vigilence to confirm what I already know.
This is the most dangerous therapeutic ever deployed in human history.

Even with your data, the percentage is 0.0017%, there are more chance of you dying while jacking off than from the vaccine.

MOST DANGEROUS

PROOF? Instagram post of some random kid.
