Ken Roberts, the cigar smoking cowboy? That's how I got started way back when after receiving one of his mailers. I was going to make millions trading sugar. Not.

Yep,thats the one.I don't use his methods but he got me started on the trading journey.Over the years I've read a lot of people got thier start in the markets because of him.

For me they are good.I only buy calls and puts and spreads and order entry is simple.No experience with the more complex options trades.

Today was a good day for me, up > ~$7k
I have atm heavy gold & silver exposure which has a strong influence.
Bought 2 additional positions, one is a lottery/betting company, the other a software Co involved with combined student education and security.
Now have 2 gaming Co's in portfolio, the other is horse race betting.
Algo's do most of the work, selection + timing.

Set back in my C2 account.C2 forced me out of a few trades at a loss that today would be profitable because I went over margin.In my real account I sometimes do that but I can make a deposit by taking a picture of a check and uploading it and its deposited the same day and Schwab has never closed my trades.Still leading the contest.Closest competitor up 2%
