I think he mentioned in his book that he hold positions overnight, so is this guy a swing trader or even a position trader? correct me if I am wrong, but if he is, wouldn't his course be kind of useless to scalpers and daytraders?

The Stock trading course by Tony Oz offers a lot of setups and tactics that apply to daytrading as well as to swing trading. But to me the most important part of the course were the money management rules and the entry and exit strategies. While the strategies discussed in this course are no different from those in his book "The stock trader", they do become a lot clearer and easier to understand due to the live capture of trades using those very same strategies.
