tell me how the gdp is calculated
is govt spending a component of your gdp calculation?

if the govt gives out tons of freebies to that area and that goes into the calculation... I wondered how hard working that area is? Or is it just the headquarters plus freeloaders.

For instance the first or second highest GDP area encompasses the LA unified school district. Notoriously one of the worst performing districts in CA.
Unlikely a lot of non govt gdp is being created there.
Its probably more a function that hollywood income is being centered there and an lot of govt freeloading.

But, that is speculation I could be wrong.
That is why I would to see what goes into the gpd calculation.

facts are quite simple. 2/3 of GDP come from Dem areas. All we need to know who works hard, is intelligent and is a backbone of our great nation.
