Lost on SQQQ FRIDAY.
IM DOWN 7% in my trading account since I set it up 6 weeks ago. I did this all by myself,
didn’t hire any gurus, to help me, no chat rooms joined. I’m so proud LOL.
But it’s fine, I’ve learned from it. Right now I have no positions on, other tha XLE, which I’ve held for a couple of weeks

Discipline - slim to none
Knowledge - enough to be a danger to myself
Self awareness - a ton

To be fair to OP, if you actually shorted or shorted the rallies you would of did very well today. Yes, the market did come up strong end of day and held, but even than it did offer another decent short. Also, anyone who has seriously traded for any amount of time knows that being short on a Friday after 3:30 it's not generally a great trade and need to be careful and have strong context to support your position.
Point is OP's bias was good enough to provide a very nice trading day of profit and in the end it isn't about being perfect on your "call" it's about did your position make money.
