Tomorrow Crash?

I just have it in my urine or so that tomorrow or the day after something very big will happen and the markets will crash badly... :-)

Only thing that can bring this market down is another regional bank collapsing due to higher rates. That seems unlikely but the KRE has done poorly since it peaked a week ago so maybe that is still the fear.

The more talking heads keep saying the market correction is right around the corner the higher markets will go.

Yes, there are enough low quality guests on CNBC to sustain your viewpoint.

As long as consumers have money in their pocket nothing will change. As long as corporates are allowed to get away with the current graft and ever increasing profit margins, nothing will change.

This means, don't expect a decisive correction unless an exogenous shock hits the market OR until powers in major governments shift from liberal to conservative resulting in the turning off of the never ending cash that is being borrowed and showered upon the populace. The only time people care and punish corporates for ever inflating prices merely to increase profit margins is when the cash in their pocket runs out. And this ain't happening with current policies. The result, long term, is gonna be a soveign default or a life of pain for future generations.

Probably it should read a life of pain for future generations and/or sovereign default.

As I wrote in ES thread, it is difficult to crash mathematically unless we have some very very bad news, i.e. new war with China starts in Asia somewhere.

I am neutral for the summer when Wall Street is on vacation. I had to drink a whole bottle to close out my short ES positions , painful, few Rolex are gone.
