New York, Sept. 12 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. stock markets will open for business by Monday, and may be able to restart Friday, said Richard Grasso, chairman of the New York Stock Exchange.
Grasso was attending a conference at Bears Stearns Cos. headquarters to discuss when securities markets would reopen.
