Todd Harrison is writing again

Todd Harrison kept calling the market correctly this whole week :-)


HOW COULD THE GUY BE SO GOOOOOD !!!!

I hope he wont eventually move the market with his calls hehehe.... Now that would be tough to make money on.
 
I think Todd shouldn't have slipped into his bear costume today. The Semis have tailed up, and volume has reached a crescendo in lots of tech stocks. I think that portends a rally on Monday.

I stay short with ndx 860 stop just like he did and cover at 12:30 pm for a nice gain.

I think that's just where he went flat again for the weekend.

He has been nothing but money so far this Jan.
 
Todd's good, but let's not elevate him to god-like status. At 3:42pm today, he wrote: "I hopped into two legs of my bear costume (50% conviction on the short side) right around S&P 850...What I'm digesting right now...is whether I've got an adequate edge to go home furry."

Clearly, he has a loss (realized or unrealized) on those two bear legs, with the S&P closing at 855. It's not clear if he went home short, but if he did, it's my humble opinion that he shouldn't have.

until todd tells us what and when he trades its all talk. talking and trading are two different things. up till this point we dont know if he ever made any money. the fact that his former hedge fund is close to out of money isnt a good sign imho.
 
Folks,

I don't know where you got the crazy idea that his former hedge fund is out of money. His bio clearly states: "Todd Harrison is the former president and head trader at a $400 Million dollar New York-based hedge fund." I assume that the $400 million figure was reasonably accurate as of Dec. 31, which was Todd's last day at the fund.

My feeling is that Berkowitz simply transferred some of the capital to another hedge fund. That would explain why SEC filings show Berkowitz Capital as having only $11m-22m.

At 3:42 Pm If u read further, he also said "As such, I'm going to slip out of my bear costume, place it neatly in the closet and walk home tonight naked".

At 3:30PM is when u see the low of the market dow at +48 and I think that is where he covers. He covers before his post so all these people cant front run on him.

He is god in my book for this Jan. :-) How could u not profit from him. It's too easy.

For your future traders out there, are u guys taking your money home in a truck by reading him? happy trading
 
I admit that I didn't see the bit about "going home naked". It's sometimes hard to find the substance in all the verbiage.
