Today's FOMC - trading plays?

Any thoughts on what's likely to move most after today's 2pm fed announcement?

I'm gonna keep it simple and trade TQQQ/SQQQ and uvxy.

I'm thinking energy/oil stocks may be volatile too. Good luck!

I don't think the market is going to move much because Fed's policy is pretty much known by now. Keep fighting inflation but somehow not getting the economy into recession. The market doesn't move on known facts but only on unknown surprises. Even if it moves, it's going to be choppy whipsaw moves.

Does anyone know the 2022 schedule of the FOMC meeting minutes release? Is it always 3 weeks after the meeting, consistently?
