Why would you make a distinction based on circumstances if you’re pro-life? If the basis of the law is that a fetus is life then There is no difference between a fetus brought about by consent and one brought by rape of incest. Theoretically if you allow for abortion of a viable fetus in a healthy woman because of rape or incest, you should allow abortion of any other fetus. Unless the basis of the law is not pro-life but anti-woman.

You do understand that the ruling has nothing to do with whether or not pro-life or pro-choice is correct, but instead has to do with a state's ability to decide for themselves. Get over yourself.
