To Trade In The Last Hour Or Not

Here we are today with a selloff and a tempting buy point however it is in the last hour and i dont wanna get holding the bag if the market cracks....the mm's rock the market in the last 15-30 mins...maybe a rally here-but not worth my nerves today...
 
been really choppy ...in last 15 mins or so intc,yhoo have both sold off + rallied 2 times...lets see whether they tank the market...msft has sold off 35cents and broken down in last 10 mins was holding strong all day til now...
