To ring an alarm, as soon as BUY/SELL order is executed

Dear-

I am newbie in IB and Etrade.

Can we make a sound, to ring an alarm sound file stored in my c:\MySound folder , as soon as my BUY/SELL order is executed?

If so, please show me any menu direction, in web or TWS.

If additional programming is needed, please let me know. Hopefully R/Python are preferred.

Please tell me that IT IS IMPOSSIBLE, in case there is NO such function at all.

yes, under TWS>Configure>Sound Manager

for myself, I have a ring for partial fills and a pig squealing for completed fills
