These are all Government institutions you are listing here.
There are political parties that control Government.
Your list is not the people but the preference of the political party in office.

Some of the people elected them and some were against them.

All you need to do to figure out which party is really interested in maintaining racial division is ask yourself which party benefits from it?

If the vote from minorities was anywhere near 50/50 the democrats could not win. Thats why they need these losers on MSNBC to keep pushing this false narrative that conservatives are all racists.

Does anyone out there actually believe race hustlers like Jesse Jackoff, and Al Sharpton, are interested in racial equality? Those guys are interested in keeping blacks and whites as divided as possible, because without that division they would be out of a job. Its funny too because what they are doing is exactly the opposite of what MLK preached. If MLK was alive today, he would be ashamed of what the civil rights movement has become due to the likes of Sharpton and Jesse Jackson highjacking the movement, and turning it into a monstrosity to keep people divided. MLK's message was one of us coming together, as one, the complete opposite of what sharpton and jackson want.
