To Everyone saying Bitcoin will go to 10k or 5k....

BTC dropping over 50% YTD is hardly "normal" market action...you kind sir are an idiot.

It's not normal for someone trading regular stocks, but this is an extremely volatile market. And in an extremely volatile market you are going to have these huge price swings that a normal trader, like yourself is not used to. So no sir, you are wrong and also the idiot. And also a perfect example of what the cypto markets feed off of.

Have a great day...

High-fives to everyone who took advantage of what may have been the last-in-a-lifetime chance to load up on triple-digit ETH.

If you missed out... I guess you can hope that the West continues to destroy themselves and crash everything, maybe that'll do it. But it wont let you sleep at night.

I already made my money, and have just recently bought back in. I'm 10% in the positive right now. That means that you're the idiot again for making another uneducated comment. It's not my fault you opened your stupid mouth.

any theories as to why this would be occurring?

i cant believe that they have all lost faith in their product at the same time.

is it cost pressures due to power supply increases etc?

(in before "cos its worthless" and "its going to zero").

Different cryptos collapse for different reasons. For some pure blockchain-based cryptos, it's basically due to a fall in demand for them exacerbated by the liquidity crisis of several crypto-related entities. For other cryptos that are stable-coin-based like LUNA that's tethered to the USD, its collapse is due to the stoppage of the tether.
