To be a great trader you must think like a "pro dealer."

Quote from PHOENIX TRADING:

That should tell you something, but evidently it hasn't.

huh?

If you want to use voo-doo doo to trade, fine: just don't try to pass it off as scientific or logical.
well, now you're just talking about trading, there's plenty of that on ET. It was a lot more entertaining when they were talking about professional Black Jack dealers.

Maybe he wasn't talking about casinos, maybe he was talking about prison.

A bad poker player could get close to even when he called a game of Black Jack when playing dealers choice for cigarettes.

Whats up homeless bum?

Btw, you can kiss your free government money goodbye within a few years. :D Mark my words.

homes are really overrated, especially since 2008

I still live in the same house. The bank thinks it's vacant. Plus, they pay me $50 a week to mow the grass, and due to the drought I don't even do that, but still collect the money. Heck, they never come around, and never know what is going on.

This is the Golden Age of Unaccountability. Nobody is directly responsible for anything anymore.

But I will "Mark your words" thanks for the free advice.

I think you are missing an opportunity. You should submit bills for security services rendered. OBVIOUSLY they owe you for your efforts to keep someone from damaging their property while you squat.

yeah, but I don't want to pay taxes

I'm actually thinking about moving

My water bill is sky high

It costs me a fortune to flood the living room everytime a buyer shows up (and you'd be surprised, there are more and more of them these days.)

Quote from Swan Noir:

Are you out of your fucking mind? You know less about how a blackjack game is dealt than I know about particle physics. You must surely be the largest single asshole ever to post on this or any other site.

how can you make such a statement with such a high degree of certainty? is there room for reasonable disagreement or is your statement the equivalent of the sun rises in the morning?

you must also ask is this individual capable of wearing this title with the dignity it deserves.
you realize that there will bre an epidemic of ET posters, upon reading your words, who will via to be the next #1.

Oh man , you really are missing out .
I figure you could make a fortune on "wetland reclamation services" s/p every flooding incident.

You could sell a package deal, lawn care , security and wetland reclamation services.

waterbill solution: Just spring for a hose long enough to reach your neighbors tap. The water meter is on the intake only.

PS: Don't the forget the plastic floating dog poo next time you have to flood the place.

good idea, I think they're about ready to pick up and move back to Oklahoma to escape the drought. I have a friend on work release at the reycycling center and he can get me plenty of plastic bottles with the labels still intact, so we could start up a little drinking water business and maybe pick up a few extra bucks selling them at festivals.

Laugh if you want, but the American Entrepeneurial Spirit is still alive in the USA.

Get yourself a good CPA, bribe a few politicians and maybe the Sheriff, and lay low under the IRS radar, and you can make it.

You're a squatter?? LOL

Here's a tip: Next time you pretend you're a bigshot investor, don't mention the fact you squat in a house because you're an irresponsible fuck who can't make the mortgage payments and didn't see the housing bubble coming from a mile away. It makes you look like an idiot. :D
