There's the Fairness Doctrine, the proposal to buy off the media with a "bailout", higher taxes, the refusal of liberals to partake on conservative media (chickens), socialism, the defining of conservative descent as inspiring hate while liberal descent is "civil disobedience", higher taxes, using government data bases to smear critics (Joe the plumber), socialism, sending lawyers after descenters, restricted trade, government takeover of 401k plans, very tight environmental controls (greenhouse gas penalties), higher taxes, an expanded and strengthened ACORN, wide open borders, socialism, less security through cuts to the military and security organizations, loosening of sentences for criminals, more people on the dole, higher unemployment, no chance of energy independance, mamoth regulation of the financial markets, socialism, placing carbon dioxide on the toxic pollutant list, tighter fuel standards reducing car choice, higher taxes, government mandated health care (means rationed healthcare), end to private union voting, gun restrictions, etc., etc. I am sure there will be much more but that is all I can think of off the top of my head.

Every Administration since Woodrow Wilson has expanded Government, increased tax and repealed Freedoms.
The Governments new job is to justify its existence through legislating answers to problems that don't exist.

Do you favor property rights? If a developer wanted your home for some fancy shopping center should you be FORCED to sell? I'd say no-a PRIVATE concern shouldn't trump your INDIVIDUAL right. Liberal justices disagree.
