Tips for router w/load balancing

I'm planning to buy a new router to load balance two ISP connections - one cable and one DSL.

I can have the router near the cable modem, but my DSL modem is actually two floors away. I don't want to get phone co people in to mess with the line etc.

So, I was thinking, what about using the wireless router I've got and connect the new load-balancing router with the existing wireless network.

Does anyone know of a router that would be able to do this (or with extra equipment)?
 
For trading, latency is key. ASDL usually performs much better than cable in this regard. It would be best if you forgot about the whole load balancing router. Keep the cable connection for another computer where you do all your downloading.
 
In this case it's redundancy that's the question. I do agree that latency is important for trading, but when you're accessing servers that are co-located, I'm not too worried about my own latency.
