Its impressive since he is top of the ranking on covestor with real money---this isnt simulation and he beat out the 10k plus other players.

To set the record straight, Timmay earns 50k plus/month.

he is extremely succesful for a guy in his 20's.

i would venture to guess he makes more and has more banked than 98% of the people on this site regardless of age.

If his audience is for the guy looking for an extra 5k to 10k a year thats fine. I just think Sykes is ridiculous with his oversized ego calling himself a trading master (he does on his site). But to go around acting like he is some sort of super trader/market guru is ridiculous. He admits its a VERY limited strategy.....

Also in all honesty do you think that new traders should be screwing around in illiquid stocks ? I am not sure that is a great idea.


Seriously Surf...you started this thread praising Sykes on some great performance....when you trade a peanut sized account doing what he is doing isnt as impressive...that and nobody (including Sykes) can make any real living doin it.
