At what time are shareholders of record recorded?
For dividends, Shareholders of record on oct 15, for example. Does this mean I can buy till 8pm on the 15th and recieve the dividend? I dont think it is a strict 4pm line. I saw one company specify a 5pm cut off time.
Im assuming any time that day unless specified.
