Since I've been trading higher timeframes and spending less time in front of intraday charts, my fidget time has increased as my shtposting has increased.
Anyone care to chime in on browser extensions to monitor their on-line activity?
I do make use of pomodoro principles but they don't really have a birds-eye view on analytics.
My iphone is good for straight phone metrics but I use a combination of mac and win systems and looking for some suggestions.
Bonus points for any that sync to PKM's like Logseq, Obsidian or Notion.
