Time problems of people at work with trading wishes

Well, I am from Europe, but the problem should be same everywhere:

I have regular day job and despite trading starts for me in the early afternoon, I have continuous problems with lack of time for trading preparation before trading day starts and also problems with sitting before trading screens and doing nothing except for watching them and thinking about trading.

So I miss the nicest setups regularry ...

How do you, fellow traders, manage this problem?

Or maybe you would say, quit the current job and start trading full-time ...

Any really good idea available?

Not in this current worsening job market, not in Europe and not with the little capital you have.

Concentrate on larger time-frames and money management, until you reach the 25k$.
