What are the key times of day for the instruments you trade?

About 90% of my trades are between 3:00am to 5:00am EST
and 10:00am to Noon EST (Best times 10:00am to 10:30am)
Also focused right after a major economic report.

next 2 hours after Taiwan (China, Hong Kong ) market opens

next 0.5 hr after the Indian market opens

next 2 hours after the UK market (occasionally after the German market) opens

1.5 hours before the US market opens to 0.5 hr after the US market opens


If the market has been rather dead, I'd reduce the trading hour.
Occasionally the market is very hot. Then trading hours will be increased.

Haha..hey there SimpleMeLike, you know before Covid and
the market slowed down, I use to only trade over night.
NQ had a good run last night..I'm always on the edge
of my seat for the Asian open.

some times post market, but not much post market.....................................
Some times a standing order gets hit @ open 8:30/ but not much of the time.
