A world central bank? God, no. Right now, various economies in the EZ are having a nightmare trying to cope with the setting of the ECB's "one-size fits all" economic policy (which is actually customized for Germany).
Can you imagine one world central bank trying to manage the differing economies from the US to China to Ecuador to Vietnam to the UK to Iraq?
What a laugh.
