Exactly. In the same way that "my mansion" is actually a rental. It's all image-building. Not illegal and his target audience can't balance a checkbook, so it's all moot, but shady as hell. You make it to a third-date and the gates to Heaven are revealed... and you say to her, "look at my d**k!" -- you are not simply referring to possession.

I disagree with the movie star/ Tepper comparison. Folks know that Sykes was once one of us, heck he posted on elite and has regular middle class parents.

Movie , sports stars and big time hedgie sate viewed as being a notch above average.

Hence the Tim jealousy-- he lives the life, why can't I. It's Peer to Peer jealousy. Not idol sports star jealousy. Totally different.

Thorpe used to post on here. Another HFer with >$1B used to post on here. One of us? Speak for yourself. There is no pathology defined as "peer to peer" jealousy. Jealousy is not typically disassociated from respect. Adrian Peterson makes a ton of cash, but can't spell cat. I can't fathom being jealous of such an individual.

You can't understand it because you all ready have a great life. Struggling posters on here are clearly jealous because they never even came close to tasting the good life that Sykes exemplifies and brags about in his marketing.

Not to mention his verified million dollar plus from 10k by trading.

Folks are always more jealous of peers that make it than out of reach sports stars etc.

In addition, Tim's young age makes the older posters who have been trying to make it in this game go ballistic with gonzo jealousy vibes-- drives em crazy!
