Because as a real estate developer, he's more than likely zero'd out his tax liability with credits and depreciation and you think that will make a great talking point. I concede. He probably legally pays no taxes. So what? He's not an advocate for higher taxes like your man George Soros, who pays no taxes. Or Warren Buffet, who's preferred holding period is forever, so he'd pay no taxes on billions. Those two are scumbags who advocate higher taxes and pay none, in the case of one, and a miniscule rate in proportion to what he's made, in the case of the other.
