Actually, one can learn quite a lot by watching carefully during low vol days like this (just my opinion).

I would be short here at a break down of 68.5 What I am looking for here is a (relatively) wide range bar. If I see it, I will get short. Also like the fact that we are close to NY lunch hour. Tend to sideways or slow slide down at this time.
