I bet none of you believed me when I said it would.

guess that is par for the course.

Only a few people believe it

But that is good.

You are never going to conquer this business with sytems and wide stops. All you will end up is with shit in your face.

Even Scientist can't beat me and if he wants to prove it he has to perform iin public like I can.

As for the guys who just don't know I expect you to change your tune as I have delivered - something you haven't done.

Quote from Lefty62151:

OK, I am flat of all positions here. BA Trader, if you look at the 10 year bond, you will see that it moves opposite the equities indexes. Traders in this market look to hedge positions from 2:30 to 3pm. This results in a bond "bounce". If it happens today, you will see price bounce off the pivot opposite direction to the last half hour action.
Thanks Lefty - something new to toy around with in excel :D

Who the heck is he talking to? I notice that you need to take a nap. So what.

Would you elaborate on this a bit. You are saying that they hedge their positions so the bonds bounce? Wouldnt they hedge with the indexes? Not sure how you mean this and would appreciate if you could give me a bit more info.

Strat:
I base my stops on the previous weeks volatility study and adjust it during the current day. Today was a low vol day and I should have adjusted down to 2 points (8 ticks). my bad.

I try not to use profit targets, however I admit to researching them because the ES is such a noisy index. Currently the best one can expect (according to last week's study) is 4 points (16 ticks).

I expected the day to be a "down day" and to see a late day reversal. Instead, I got a range day, with a late day break out. Frankly I should know better as Mondays are often low volatility and range bound in this index. Hope this helps

I'm the odd man out -- I see very short term long here

EDIT: I love when people make live calls because you really SEE
how a market gets made!
There are those bulls I was expecting earlier... too early with
that call.

Hey Gilmore -- is 1179 in danger????

Easyrider:

I am clumsy in how I express myself. The "bond bounce" is actually a bounce of the index price (in this case the ES). As you can see, today the bond bounce was in place, and ES price "bounced off" of the pivot during the time period from 3pm to right now. You can see that it would have been a profitable trade to take here at the end of the day. Look at the wide range bar that is happening right now on the ES market. Bond traders use the indexes to hedge and manage risk of overnight exposure. By the way, you will notice that Mr. Gilmore did not take the trade, nor did he have a clue that it exists. He is busy picking tops and bottoms :D

I would bet my arse on this going down now.
I'll risk everything I made already today.
Is it safe to assume that you lost your arse then?

No need, you're so good at beating your own meat. Your posts are stamped after the moves took place; so all you've proven is that you're a charlatan.

By the way, drop the personal pic on your site, you've got a face for radio.

Your expectations weren't accurate.

Your systems arn't accurate.

I can flim flam and beat you hands down.

I was asleep when the trend was on.

You guys need to realise you have lots to learn.

Scientist will help you because after today I am pissing off.

My time is more valuable elsewhere.

Laughed my ass off at that. Coffee all on the monitor now!

P.S. Although I have never traded futures, I appreciate the effort by both individuals making their "calls" today.
