TickQuest NeoTicker vs. Neovest First Alert

I just started using NeoTicker to scan the whole stock universe for intraday setups. It looks quite flexible, you can define your own scans based on a Pascal-like programming language so I'm assuming I'll find less limitations than with the other filters available.

Anybody had any experience with these tools? How does NeoTicker compares to FirstAlert?
 
I think the overall designs of these two platforms are quite different - so it is more a personal preference on how the workflow of the platform fits into your usage.
