Tickets, not jail, for pot users

The gov 't just spent 20 years telling people not to smoke (tobacco) and now they want to make smoking pot legal.

Which is it, smoking is okay or smoking is not okay.

What is 2nd hand pot smoke. Or 3rd hand pot smoke.

Where are designated pot smoking areas.

Their are no standards for driving under the influence of pot. They (tptb) can't determine a level.

How are you going to pass a drug test for work if you have a medical note. What's the point of a drug test.

The only reason tobacco companies still exist is to pay for socialized healthcare through taxation.

Just because something is a bad idea doesn't justify putting people in jail for it. If employers want to mandate no pot use, I suppose they could still do it, although it strikes me as extreme to monitor employees off-hours behavior.

1) nanny stater's cannot handle that concept.

2) That's the norm from my experience.
