Tick & Trin...

I am only interested in Emini. Quotetracker is a nice software but it can't show real time indices and tick/TRIN etc (only refresh every min). And their charts are not live at all. I like the simple livechart from lycos but they don't provide realtime Emini anymore. And I also want a little bit more basic indicators (3-4 below the chart will be good enough to me)

Here is a way to use $TICK to trade the e-mini

Using Qcharts "Volume At Price" study plot yesterday's 5 min $tick chart (it should give you a nice bell curve as $tick is always range bound)

using a line tool draw a horizontal line at the center of the bellcurve - the POC (point of control)

then take your fib retracement tool set to 15%, 50%, 85% measure the high to low range of $tick's action for the entire day - then clone those fib measurements and line up the 50% line with your previously drawn POC line - remove your first fib mearsurement

you should have 3 horizontal lines on your 5 min $tick chart to trade of of the next day

you may want to take only the first trade of the day as the levels become less and less valid as the day goes on

Sometime soon QT is expected to have realtime indices and
tick/trin. At the moment, they only update every 15 seconds.

And I believe their charts are live. They finally have
indicators that move with every quote, if you use indicators in
your trading.
