Tick downloader eSignal 11?

eSignal 10.6 crashes when downloading two weeks of ES tick data. Thought I'd see if this was fixed in 11.x., installed it on a second machine but don't see any way to download tick data. The closest thing I see is "Bar Replay".

Anyone know if tick downloading is still possible in 11.x?
 
I have never had an issue downloading tick data in 10.6.

As far as I know, you can only download a maximum of 10 days worth of tick data, so attempting to download more than 10 days of data may be causing the issue.

With V 11.X, bar replay wasn't added initially, so they may not have added tick downloading yet. I don't use it so I can't really help you.

Normally I download the data I need once a week to avoid the eSignal defect but was out of town and got behind. On 09-14-2011 eSignal said that the tick downloader scheduled for 11.5 was going to fix this. They're up to 11.6 now but apparently tick downloader is either forgotten or pushed to yet a later release (or I haven't figured out how to use it in 11.6...).
