tick chart alternative?

I'm a customer of interactive brokers and would prefer not to change brokers. I would like to trade DonKee's method (great thread btw, DonKee) and I need to use a 1000 tick chart for that.
Does anyone know of an alternative at Interactive brokers (3 min is not an option as i was told)
preferably without paying a data vendor (although i might have to consider this option)

QuoteTracker will show tick charts too, but it's the data that's critical. IB doesn't have real tick data, so you'll have to pony up for it with IQFeed or one of the other vendors.

You used to be able to get free tick data from OpenTick, but alas they're closed now.

+1 on what he said. Sierra, or QT won't be able to help you, as IB's tick data feed is not true tick by tick feed.
