Tick by Tick software with IB

Opentick.com is NOT free.

For example to view ES (S&P mini futures/Globex) you pay $20 monthly. With level II it's $40

But for years of histrocial tick data (Level II included!) $40 looks very cheap. I think you may download the whole database within a month...

I am not using this service so if I read the things wrongly or dont know what I am talking about please correct me :p

btw. You can download last 5 days tick data directly from the CME's FTP server ftp://ftp.cme.com/pub/gtime/

All data provided for free. User is responsible for exchange fees when subscribe real-time data. ECN data is available without exchange fees.

From the opentick website.

z32000,

Here you go. Add a little $ for streaming data.

Also you just have to open a small account at Ameritrade for their FANTASTIC streaming charts.

Also, for the price you can't go wrong with:

Any idea if these services provide just data? I need to use their software too, right?

I believe all of the historical data available is free. There are no exchange fees for historical data.
