I don’t know. I’d give it a chance less than likely but if the capacity of hospitals gets close to zero, it becomes more likely.
I hope he does. It will be an excellent case study of trying to use a law enforcement / military approach to locking citizens down, and the resulting response from the populace. I have a suspicion how it will go for him. He probably does, too.

That said my wife and I will not be making our usual trip to the in laws this year. Brother in law is not in great health and his 90 year old mother is hanging in, but not exactly spry anymore. Prudent to cancel, but I don't need the heavy hand of government making that decision for me.
