Hmmm, so most of human history's based on fraud, ignorance and myth???

Well, i never.
It does has me baffled , how people figured out fermenting/ brewing, you can bet your boots those were penultimate skills through the ages.

Just bottled 58.66 bottles of beer, 740 ml each, tedious is an understatement. Still, im sure it will seem worth it when im drinking them

Just to say, and gloat marginally somewhat, if at least you happen to like beer (and if you didnt, lets face it, you wouldnt be reading this thread in the first place)

Thats right folks, marvellous beer, for very little money.

Personally, yes, this brew is bloody great, very, very nice beer. I have to say, i miss drinking out of stubbies though, maybe down the track, i will do a brew and bottle in stubbies, just for the heck of it.........

Worst thing is, i realize now, that i have been drinking commercial swill crap all this time;

Budweiser....Victoria bitter, Melbourne biter, boags...dont get me started on millers. Watery crap.

Yeah, if only the chains didn't keep downsizing the box.
Or the pizza, which is what im getting at here.
Some of these chains, call what used to be a "small" a family size now, and that grates tremendously, as someone who likes junk food.

Pisses me off, actually. Weird thing is, the respective value changes every year or two, pizza hut seems good, then it seems crap and another mob seems much better value, then, another mob seems better, and so on and so forth; pizza is a highly competitive business, maybe i should feel lucky, to live in a day and age where someone turns up at your door, you give them money, and they give you pizza.

That, was the TFTD. Dont get me started on Chinese takeout/home delivery.
 
Forgot to mention, the initial brew was
a double lot ,

of;
Morgans "blue mountain lager", (x2)with coopers brew enhancer #2.(x2)

Fantastic beverage.

Current brew, 2x coopers Real Ale, (they had a fake one?) 2x brigalow extra malt brew enhancer, for about 56 litres of beer.

Fingers crossed, that it's nearly as good as the first batch..........bottled the other day, sweet.

I dont know, but on my dark days, i think...."well, i have a shitload of beer", and that makes me happy.

The previous brew was very good, as have been subsequent brews..........none matched the original, but stood in their own right as very tasty beverages, no doubt about it.


True enough, through any crisis, through any bollocks, you still have the power to post your thought for the day.

Yea I got a gripe, but it's with myself.

Every once in a while I'll see someone I haven't talked to in quite some time. I make the effort to stop and chat, wife kids economy etc and maybe share a few stories of the same to make conversation.

We'll part ways and later I think to myself, why do I even talk to these people? It's not like I'm ever going to invite them over for dinner or call them.

Recently bottled a Coopers "canadian blonde", with 1xcoopers brew enhancer #1, +1xcoopers brew enhancer #2.
(remember, this is a double batch, don't be adding that to a single brew unless you want 7-10% alcohol)

Hope it goes well, but who comes up with this marketing rubbish?

What, makes you dumb?....well i guess it made bud-wieser.

Gack, blech, puke, im resorting to jokes so old they could have been dug up with the dead-sea scrolls.

That is, if they werent a forgery-on the other hand, the joke isn't funny either, maybe it evens out.
