One thought:
With the growth of globalization, and racial/national integration in society, does anyone still not hoover over the top of public toilets when the overwhelming need to do business strikes?

Is it still acceptable to make skin to seat contact on a public toilet?

I say better safe than sorry, and hoover.

wtf is hoover? don't they make vacuums? you want to vacuum the top of a toilet first?

Maybe he means "hover" like in a hover craft. Hover over the

lol why not use the paper covers that are provided these days in most public places? Just take like 4 or 5 layers if you're really paranoid.
 
The problem with the layer or layers of paper product is that it offers little protection against the sword carrying, stealth ninja bacteria.

Depending on the neighborhood you might be in at a given time, you can often see foot prints on ether side of the top of the seat.

I'm just saying that different cultures have different practices' when it comes to potty behavior.

I propose a question..

Why is it that a lot of mammals can somewhat defend themselves shortly after birth but yet us humans, who are so intelligent, are practically helpless for at least 8 years? What will evolution do to fix this or at least cut down on the dependency period?

You will float in air as you dump yesterdays's burrito's...:p

No need for layers of microscopic thin paper to defend you.

These are the formative years where we as humans learn how to manipulate. Waaaa, I'm hungry... Waaaa, I shit myself.....so on and so forth.

Very good point. What if we never learn manipulation because everytime we cry about something our parents bitchslap us? Does that just set us up for an obedient life?
