Those with trading jobs, what % of profits you get?

When these prop shops are advertising a "job" it's a bunch of BS. They are just ripping off the uninformed. It's the same as having a retail account except you have a desk fee, and you have to share your profits and pay ecn fees.
Professional instutitonal traders come through here all the time ... it's threads like these that make them turn around and leave.
