"Those People" help defeat a Teadiot

Only 12 points between McDaniel and Childers. Only 3 if you take the previous poll. Arnie is right, you guys might have been able to paint the crazy tea party guy and close that gap in your true slanderous style.

Now, Cochran has a 17 point lead. Of course, maybe there's a democrat who will release something as the main election is underway that shows how Cochran illegally got democratic votes. Sounds like something a democrat would do.

That last poll of 3 points was back in November; too outdated.

The last democratic senator from Mississippi was back in the 1980's. No sane person was going to bet on Childers going into this primary.

Let me add something for those who didn't bother (or couldn't) read the article, Cochran is a big govt spender. Why would Dems want to chance a heavily favored Teadiot on the ballot when they can have 2 big govt spenders?

No sane person could ever fault the democrats for wanting a particular candidate. They're certainly entitled to an opinion on the subject. But if they voted in the primary for democrats, and then turned around and did so for republicans, then they broke the law.

You don't have a problem with this because it went your way. Had it been the other way around, you'd be spewing hate in your talking points.

Who could have known the shill would be out today with a thread about this primary?

Does anyone recall any time the right got so interested in democrat primaries?
2008, dumbass, when the fake "grassroots" GOP-spawned group PUMA pretended to be Hillary Clinton supporters upset with Barack Obama.

You don't know shit about history. :p

totally specious...

it was Reid and Obama who shut the govt down and the press went along with the charade of blaming the tea party.

It's their inflexibility. Even American business can't put up with them. We have sales to make and we can't have a bunch of gooves (goofs?) shutting down government, or threatening to not pay the bills.

No one believes this.
Trust me, he's stupid enough to believe it. Even if he's not drinking somebody else's koolaid, most pathological liars are so committed, they often convince themselves they're telling the "truth".

Sen. Thad Cochran’s (R) surprise victory Tuesday in the Mississippi primary deprived Democrats of what they expected to be a bright spot in the general elections.

Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) predicted a few weeks ago that Democratic candidate Travis Childers would have a “real chance” if he faced Tea Party candidate Chris McDaniel instead of Cochran.

Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) Chairman Michael Bennet (Colo.) acknowledged Republicans “nominated the more electable candidate” in Mississippi, but he tried to identify a silver lining, saying it wasn’t necessarily a setback because “our candidates are well inside the mainstream of conventional American political thought.”

That would be " greed, socialism and hand-outs", right?
