why don't you do something useful and open an actual account instead of complain about things that affect your paper trading account.

This market is advantageous for actual trading. you're complaining about things you do not understand no can comprehend instead of taking advantage of it. that is why you fail.

does Fed signal no rate increase for >=6 months guaranteed?

the "extended period" does not tie their hands. they can raise rates while under "the extended period". still, they had a choice to remove the stupid statement but they did not. looks like they are sending a message that the rates won't go up for a long time.
