This volatility is insane

This volatility is insane Anyone else dumb enough like me to be trying positions in big movers (blue chip stocks, stock index & energy futures, etc) since start of year?

Can't believe the volatilty of late...nauseating. :eek:

vix is frigging 20...a pocket change..try 90..one of my best years(i'm a daytrader)
what's really nauseating is a straight up no volume bull market with a f** flat open every single day and declining volatility each and every day...for 5 f** years! EVERY DAY! survive that!

Spot on. VIX has traded at 30 year historical lows since 2009. Not easy!!! Taleb waxes poetic about Central Banks suppressing volatility. Which is very true. Can't let the system implode and reset. JUst yet .
