I agree. I've had him on ignore but keep seeing his idiotic threads. Multiple garbage threads every day.
The problem is boards of directors are often riddled with conflicts of interest.
You get groups of insiders that all sit on the board of each others corporations and vote each other pay raises regardless of performance.
Look at the Nikola Motors situation with GM. How much were those executives being paid to be asleep at the wheel? Two billion dollar deal and they couldn't be bothered to ask to see the prototype move under its own power? Mary Barra should have been fired.
