Nahhh, Jose is probably working under the table because even the government doesnt bother checking if anyone is a citizen before hiring them anymore, provided the guy is willing to dig holes all day, while they all stand around doing nothing.

The picture basically encapsulates the way the government works..... Fire the young people who are actually willing to work in order to allow the slackers with "Tenure" to do whatever the F**K they want...... all at a much higher cost to the tax payer.

Brought back memories. same situation except Jose didn't show up for work, I had to fill in for Jose or the job would have never gotten done. Who am I? The homeowner, the rest of the guys were from the highway/water dept. No one was going to dig the hole with a shovel to shut off my water meter. In the meantime the water is flowing like a river in my basement.
