India and China are clearly miles ahead of most african countries, yes i would deem both of them shitholes COMPARED TO NORTH AMERICA, its not like its the bahamas, but both of them have much better metrics than countries from both south america, and africa. Frankly there is South American countries that tend to be stronger than asian countries, its not normally the trend, but obviously id love to have more people from brazil than afghanistan, it has nothing to do with race it has to do with a country by country basis.

No, China is doing that because they think long term, many European countries are doing the same. Oil is not the future, minerals are - along with access to markets where they can sell their products especially technology.
