so.. he provided a service.what users are doing with it-that would be another story. how he can be responsible for that? using same logic one can sue verizon or comcast...and youtube too. cause they allowed users to go and see pornography and copyrighted content..from youtube or redtube for example..
why FBI confiscated profits from advertising?
