Union strikers extensively damaged company property as part of the strike. The company sued the union for recovery of damages. The court was asked to decide whether the right to strike included the right to destroy company property.

This was an easy decision 8-1 in favor of the company.

But not so for Che Guevera's sister.

She is a nutjob and will be a problem for decades to come. But her appointment was all about Biden's obligation to Jim Clyburn and the 2024 election. Not even Kagan and Sotomoyor could swallow hard and side with her.
