I had planned on buying UPRO + UDOW today but they keeps goin' down to much, as of 12;45 anyway CST.

I welcome bear markets, they clear the air and offer great value hunting. I just don't think the central bank will allow this with the mid terms 6 months out.

FED + nobody else\ cant really stop a bear market;
even cheap money + super cheap money + great earning$ cant force a bull/market takes buyers to do that.
As far as value hunting, i like hunting myself But when markets cant even rally on last day of month, markets may get much more cheap\LOL
